Local Flood Risk Management Strategy and Surface Water Management Plan - 2025.
The London Borough of Merton is currently preparing a new Local Flood Risk Management Strategy and Surface Water Management Plan. You can read more about this on the Council’s website, here.

Various public briefings were given by members of the consultant’s team that has been commissioning by Merton to assist with the preparation of the Plan. This included a presentation and Q&A session at our recent AGM on 23 April 2025.
Concurrently, a public consultation took place, which closed on 2 May 2025. As part of this process, our Association submitted a report, which may be read here:
