Emma Hamilton Public House: development proposal

The landmark Emma Hamilton pub in Wimbledon Chase, which closed down last year, could be replaced by shops and a residential development.  Stadium Capital Holdings are considering the development of the site and held a public exhibition of their proposals, which include ground floor shops and a residential development.  These are pre-application discussions and no formal planning application has yet been lodged with Merton Council.
